HOW MUCH DOES THE PONYTAIL WEIGH? 

The Go Pony  is very full and varies between 4.5-5oz.

DOES THIS HAIR COLOR WELL? 

Yes, Our hair can be treated and styled just like your natural hair. When considering coloring, processing and styling to your preferred look, we recommend using a professional colorist to maintain the texture and integrity of the hair.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

Due to the Go Pony being a custom product, we do not offer refunds but will happily grant a one time exchange. Prior to finalizing your order please double check to ensure you have  purchased the texture and bundles you want. In the event you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us, at  hello@thegopony.com within 48 hours from receiving your delivery.
